What we count — and what we refuse to count

What counts as a result
- Calls that came from the work — tracked, not guessed.
- WhatsApp enquiries, with the ad or page they came from attached.
- Form submissions you can open and read yourself.
- Cost per enquiry — spend divided by enquiries. No creative maths.
What we will never report as a result
- Impressions. Reach. Engagement rate. Follower count.
- Graphs going up with no numbers on the axis.
- Percentages with no source and no case behind them.
- Anything that sounds impressive and cannot be checked.
