What we do with your information
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not send it anywhere it does not need to go.

What we collect
What you give us, and why
- The website form asks for your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, business name and town, business type, and optionally your monthly ad budget. We use it to prepare and send your Free Growth Audit and to reply to you.
- WhatsApp, calls and email — whatever you choose to send us in a message stays in that message thread.
- Basic website statistics — which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. This is counted in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
- If you become a client, we will hold the access and account details needed to run your campaigns, plus the reports we produce for you.
What we do not do
Lines we do not cross
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled the audit form. One reply, and one follow-up if you do not respond — that is all.
- We do not ask for passwords. Access to your Google Business Profile or ad account is given through Google’s and Meta’s own permission systems, in your name, and you can withdraw it any day.
- We do not keep your card or bank details. We never handle them at all.
Your control
What you can ask us to do
- Ask what we hold about you. Email us and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are required to keep an invoice record.
- Withdraw account access at any time from your own Google or Meta account — you do not need our permission and you do not need to tell us first.
- Stop hearing from us. Say so once, in any channel, and we stop.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after about a year. Client records are kept while you are a client and for as long afterwards as accounting rules require.
Cookies
This site sets only what WordPress needs to function. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, this page will say so before we do.
Third parties
Only the services needed to do the work — Google, Meta, and our email and hosting providers. Each holds your data under its own terms.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page. Anything significant, we will tell existing clients directly.
